Over 40 voters were given ballots consisting of the top 100 qualifying players from the 2017 North American season. These voters were chosen due to their contribution to the community as leaders, players, and innovators. Qualifying was a process throughout the year, as multiple appearances at a number of qualifying events or impressive finishes at our eight majors were required to make it onto the ballot.
